The National Testing Agency is going to conduct JEE Main 2021 first session from February 23 to 26. Candidates will find exam day instructions in JEE Main admit card 2021 expected to be released in the second week of February. The authorities shall also disclose the names of items that are allowed in JEE Main exam centres and also those which are prohibited.
Items allowed in JEE Main
- JEE Main 2021 hall ticket
- Valid photo ID proof
- Duly filled self declaration form
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
- Transparent water bottle
- Transparent ballpoint pen
- Passport size photograph to be pasted on attendance sheet
- 50ml hand sanitizer
Items prohibited at JEE Main Exam Centre
- Any paper apart from admit card, photo ID and self declaration form
- Any metallic item
- Any piece of jewellery
- Electronic gadgets
- Eatables (diabetic candidates being an exception)
Candidates should take note of all the above mentioned instructions and follow the guidelines while appearing for JEE Main exam 2021. Those who do not follow the instructions or force on entering the exam centre premises while carrying prohibited items, or sneak in without being noticed and are caught later may stand the chance to get their candidature cancelled.
