CAT 2020 Result – Latest Exam Updates

IIM Indore, the conducting body for CAT 2020, will declare the result of the same in 2nd week of January 2021. CAT result 2020 will be released in online mode at iimcat.ac.in. To check IIM CAT result 2020, candidates need to enter CAT user ID and password. CAT result 2020 will be containing the scores and percentile along with candidate’s name, roll number, category and more. The CAT exam result 2020 is valid till December 31, 2021 in all the participating institutes across the country. After the CAT result 2020 declaration, IIM admissions will start on the basis of CAT cutoff.

How to check CAT 2020 result

In order to check the CAT result 2020, the candidates have to enter their login credentials.

Step 2: Now, click on ‘CAT Results’ tab and enter the login credentials

Step 3: Subsequently, click on the ‘IIM CAT Result Score Card Download’ link

IIM Indore has declared the date when the results of the CAT 2020 will release. Tentatively, CAT 2020 result will release on January 10, 2021. The result of CAT 2020 will be displayed on the official website which is iimcat.ac.in. Candidates who want to check their result must use the official login to download the CAT 2020 login credentials. The login credentials consist of CAT user ID and password. The CAT result will be valid until 31 December 2021. After the CAT results have been announced, the IIMs will commence their admission process on the basis of the CAT cutoff.

What after CAT results?

After IIM Indore has announced the CAT 2020 result, candidates will be eligible to apply for MBA admissions. Applications for IIMs, IITs and leading Bschools such as Great Lakes, ISB, IFMR, MDI, IMT and others will begin once the CAT 2020 result has been announced. Some of the latest IIMs may have common counselling called CAP 2021 based on the results of the CAT. The IIMs and another CAT list of colleges have largely declared their admissions and selection criteria based on the CAT 2020 outcome.
